RE: LAMBROS' JANUARY 3, 1995 LETTER TO THE FCC AND LAWRENCE PETAK, CHEIF, SPECTRUM ENGINEERING DIVISION OFFICE OF ENGINEERING DIVISION, OFFICE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY LETTER TO LAMBROS DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1995.
Dear Chairman, Mr. Stanley, & Mr. Petak:
As per your February 16, 1995 letter you stated that the "FCC has neither the expertise nor the resources to investigate a complaint of this nature. However, to the best of our knowledge it is hiqhly unlikely that electromagnetic energy from an FCC-regulated transmitter could be used to produce the symptoms you have described.
FACTS THAT CURRENTLY EXIST:
Please state all actions the FCC has taken as per TITLE 47 S154 et al.
You now have proof that implants exist within me and you are very familiar with past government project MKULTRA. Please stop my daily slave status and torture. You are AMERICANS AND HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO STOP BRAZIL.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
{signed}
